Login issues can be alarming! This article aims to help alleviate some of the alarm by sharing common errors users my encounter when your Super instance authentication method is Google.
Error Code 15
Error: You do not have access to Super. Please contact your IT administrator to get access. You do not have access to Super. Please contact your IT administrator to get access. [Error Code 15]
Reason: A user will receive this error if they are not included in the Google Group which manages access to Super.
Resolution: Add the user to the Google Group. If you are unsure of which Google Group manages access, please reach out to Super Support for assistance retrieving the Google Group email.
Error Code 13
Error: The code cannot be verified [Error Code 13]
Reason: The user is attempting to SSO from a domain that has not been added to Super's allowed list.
Resolution: Reach out to Super Support and ask that the user's domain be added to the list of allowed domains for your instance.
